Guest House Terms & Conditions

 

Booking & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

• Any extra charges (e.g., additional guests, damage) must be settled before check-out.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Please notify us in writing for cancellations.

• Cancellation more than 7 days before arrival: 50% refund.

• Cancellation within 2 days or no-shows: no refund.

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in: from 2:00pm (Any early need to be a request )

• Check-out: by 10:00am

• Late check-outs with out request may incur a fee.

Guest Conduct

• Respect the property, facilities, and other guests.

• Smoking is not permitted inside and any eating areas 

• Pets are permitted but not inside the house.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Liability & Safety

• Guests use the property at their own risk.

• The guest house is not responsible for personal injury, theft, or loss of belongings.

Facilities & Privacy

• Use facilities as instructed. Misuse may result in termination of stay.

• Guest information is collected for booking purposes and handled securely.

Force Majeure

• The guest house is not liable for events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions.
